Neu Entwicklung\u00a0eines speziellen pneumatischen Hebe-Lifting<\/h3>\n

Einige Installationsbedingungen machen die Wartungsarbeiten unm\u00f6glich, z.B. im Falle wenn das Messger\u00e4t befestigt ist oder das Messger\u00e4t von der Arbeitsposition f\u00fcr Wartungsarbeiten entfernt werden muss. Um die Wartung zu erleichtern haben wir ein spezielles pneumatisches Hebe -Lifting entwickelt. Dies erm\u00f6glicht, das OSB pneumatisch anzuheben. In der Serviceposition kann die Servicet\u00fcr ge\u00f6ffnet werden, um auf die X-ray R\u00f6ntgenstrahlr\u00f6hre und das Detektorsystem Zugriff zu erhalten. Dazu kann der OSB manuell um 90 Grad gedreht werden, um die Boden\u00f6ffnung f\u00fcr die X-ray R\u00f6ntgenstrahlr\u00f6hre zu pr\u00fcfen und zu reinigen, falls dies n\u00f6tig w\u00e4re. EU Research Project \u201cDRAGON\u201d (FP7) – 30 8389 in 2012<\/h3>\n

Im Rahmen des EU – Forschungsprojekt \u201cDRAGON\u201d (FP7) \u2013 30 8389 in 2012 wurde das neue PMD 2500<\/strong> – Mikrowellen Feuchtemessger\u00e4t entwickelt. Ziel des Projektes war den Abraum effizient als Ressource zu nutzen, indem das Material direkt auf der TBM Tunnelbohrmaschine real time online analysiert und verwendbares Material nachgeschaltet aussortiert wird. Wir haben in diesem Forschungsprojekt das neue PMD 2500<\/strong> entwickelt zur Feuchtigkeitsmessung an einem Bypass mit einer Materialschicht von nur 20 mm.
