First contact via email or contact form on our website

If you contact us by e-mail, your data from the e-mail, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Newsletter / e-mailing

Currently we have no recurring newsletter, except our Christmas greetings, which we send annually to our existing customers in the form of an e-mailing according to § 7 Abs.3 UWG. The sending and the associated processing of your data for sending the Christmas card in the form of an e-mailing takes place exclusively in and through our company InduTech instruments GmbH, Ahornweg 6-8, 72226 Simmersfeld. Duration of storage the personal data

Your data will be stored after the survey at InduTech instruments GmbH until the order is fulfilled and how this is required under observance of the legal retention periods according to german tax law § 41 according to StGB of a maximum of ten years.
Storage after order fulfillment also serves for documentation purposes, optimizations of our products and internal processes, as well as services, warranty and service in order to better respond to your wishes in the future.
